      Explanation 
   The database instance name (ibm-slapdDbInstance) was not found in 
   the server configuration file.
    

      User response 
   A database must be configured for the directory instance prior to running the
   idsperftune utility.  Verify that a database instance is specified in the 
   server configuration file and retry the command.
