Explanation
Tried to migrate a directory server instance and was unable to migrate the
configuration file to the new version.
User response
Ensure that the configuration file from the previous version has been backed up and
that the backed up file is from a valid IBM Security Directory Server configuration. Verify that
the current IBM Security Directory Server installation is complete.
