      If log management capability is to be started for a server instance, then specify instance
      name as the value for -I option and do not specify any other option. If the log management
      capability is already started and needs to be stopped, then specify -k option along with -I
      option. If log management capability for admin tool's log file (idsadm.log) and log management
      tool's log file (idslogmgmt.log) is to be started, then specify one or more of -t, -a and -p,
      but do not specify any of -I and -k options.
