      Explanation 
An error might have occurred for one of the following reasons:
            
               Logged-in user does not have permission to look up LDAP data. 
               A problem occurred while modifying the LDAP data. 
               The LDAP data being accessed has incorrect data or incorrect naming attributes or entries. 
               The specified directory server does not support the requested directory operation. 
               Synchronization and serialization issues caused a problem.
