      Explanation 
      Directory server instance location could not be retrieved from the Server Instance
	  Repository file. The location is required to configure the database instance for the
	  specified directory server instance.
       

      User response 
      Try to run the command again.  If the problem continues look
      in the directory server instance repository to verify the
      location is registered.  If the location is not registered,
      register it by manually updating the entry in the directory
      server instance repository. If the command still fails after this, 
      contact IBM Software Support.
