      Explanation 
      The program tried to retrieve the database instance name from the directory server instance
      configuration file and a failure occurred.
       

      User response 
      Verify that the directory server instance has a database instance configured
      and that the database instance name exists in the configuration file.  If the 
      configuration seems to be correct and the error continues to occur, contact
      IBM Software Support.
