      Explanation 
      The program tried to retrieve the database name from the directory server instance
      configuration file and a failure occurred.
       

      User response 
      Verify that the directory server instance has a database configured
      and that the database name exists in the configuration file.  If these
      are set correctly and the error continues to occur, contact
      IBM Software Support.
