      The program failed to successfully remove the TCP/IP services from database instance.
       

      User response 
      Verify that the database instance still exists on the system.  This
      can be achieved with the db2ilist command.  If the database instance 
      has been removed, no further action is necessary.  In addition, look in 
      the directory server's DB2 Command Log File and the directory 
      server instance's DB2 logs for additional errors or warnings
      that might have been generated.  If the configuration
      tools continue to show this warning message, restart the computer and
      try to produce the warning again before contacting IBM Software Support.
