Explanation
Option -a was set to LOADONLY, but the bulkload_status file was not
found. LOADONLY can succeed only if a previous invocation of bulkload
successfully parsed the LDIF file. If the LDIF was previously parsed,
then the bulkload status file name might have been incorrectly specified.
User response
Run bulkload with other -a option values (parseonly, parse_and_load) so
that the LDIF file is parsed, or specify the correct filename.
