Supervising
As a supervisor, you can use the Supervisor Workspace to manage your workload, and assess
the ability of your organization and care managers to take on more clients. You can manage care
manager capacity and assign clients to care managers based on their available capacity.

If a client was deleted in error or if the client requests that their data be restored, as a supervisor, you can undo the deletion and restore the client to their previous state in the application. Tasks that you work on can be in different statuses depending on your progress in completing the task. You can create, edit, close, or delete a task.
