System action
The system enters wait state X'115'.
Operator response
Do the following:
- Verify that the proper pack is mounted on the device specified.
Then ready the device.
- Restart the waiting processor.
- If the reason code indicates that the device is not operational,
verify that the channel and the control unit are powered on and properly
connected.
