Explanation
 The Internet Key Exchange (IKE) daemon could not
resolve the NetworkSecurityServer host parameter or the NetworkSecurityServerBackup
host parameter to an IP address.

System action
 The IKE daemon will not connect to the network
security services (NSS) server until the  problem is resolved; the
IKE daemon continues.

 Contact the system programmer.
