Explanation
 Name resolution failed for the specified host
name on either the  NetworkSecurityServer keyword or the NetworkSecurityServerBackup
keyword. 
 In the message text: keyword
Possible values are NetworkSecurityServer or NetworkSecurityBackup.
hostname
The name that was configured on the host parameter on either the
NetworkSecurityServer keyword or the NetworkSecurityServerBackup keyword. 

System action
 Name resolution fails; the IKE daemon continues.
 The IKE daemon will not  connect to the network security services
(NSS) server that corresponds to the specified keyword.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

 Verify that the host parameter on
the NetworkSecurityServer keyword or the NetworkSecurityServerBackup
