Explanation
 The Internet Key Exchange (IKE) daemon detected
a status change for a stack.  The IKE daemon can establish Security
Associations only for a stack with status UP.  The IKE daemon might
detect a stack status change  for several reasons such as normal termination
of the stack while the IKE daemon is  running. 
 stackname is
the name of the stack that has changed status.

System action
 IKE daemon processing continues.

Operator response
 If the status change is unexpected, check
the log for related messages from the IKE daemon  or the stack.

System programmer response
 None.
