Configuring after upgrading from Maximo for Service Providers version
7.5.1 or earlier
If you are upgrading from Maximo® for Service Providers version
7.5.1 or earlier, you must complete several configuration tasks.
Restoring object relationships in the MAXRELATIONSHIP table
If you are upgrading the product from a version earlier
than version 7.5.1.1, you must recreate object relationships in the
MAXRELATIONSHIP table that referenced the PLUSPSERVADDR table.
Restoring fields related to service addresses
If you modified service address fields in a version of
the product before version 7.5.1.1, the fields show an invalid binding
error after the upgrade. You can restore the modifications with the
Application Designer application.
Modifying stored queries for service address data
If you store queries for the PLUSPSERVADDR table, you must
modify them. In Maximo for
Service Providers version
7.5.1.1 and later, service address information is changed from the
PLUSPSERVADDR table to the SERVICEADDRESS table.
