After installation, you create restrictions for customer
objects. Create the restrictions with the Create Default
Conditions action in the Customer Objects application.

Before users can use a service address, you must configure options
for the way your organization uses service addresses.
Options for copying bill lines to billing batches
You can schedule bill batch creation for all price schedules
on a customer agreement. You also can copy bill lines for work orders,
tickets, and sales orders to existing bill batches with a cron task.
Or you can copy bill lines in the background or foreground immediately.
Setting billing options
You can specify the status at which completed work can
be added to a bill batch. You also can specify whether to display
a message about an existing open bill batch when you create a new
batch for the same customer agreement.
Configuring ticket options
You can configure the product to filter ticket owners by
the customer that is associated with an asset, location, or reporting
user on the ticket.
Activating automated billing
The PLUSPBILLGENCRONTASK cron task initiates the processing
of automated billing schedules. Cron tasks are behind-the-scene jobs
that run automatically and on a fixed schedule. You activate the PLUSPBILLGENCRONTASK
cron task if you want to be able to create customer bills that are
based on billing schedules.
Migration Manager objects and groups
Migration objects and groups in the Migration Manager support
the Service Level Agreements (SP) and Response Plans (SP) applications.
The migration groups for service level agreements include the SLA,
Escalations, and KPIs. The migration groups for response plans include
Escalations and Actions. These groups can be copied and modified so
that other objects are included in the migration.
