If you plan to use the IBM® Content
Navigator web client to access
IBM Content
Manager Enterprise Edition repositories, you must configure the web application to
use the Content Manager EE connector.
Before you begin
This task assumes that you have a configuration profile open
in the IBM Content
Navigator Configuration and Deployment
Tool.
About this task
This task applies only to Content Manager users.
When you install IBM Content
Navigator, the Content Manager EE connector files are installed on the IBM Content
Navigator server.
Procedure
To configure the Content Manager EE connector:
- Open the following task in your configuration profile: Configure
the Content Manager Connector.
- Complete the task by using the values that you entered
in the Worksheet for configuring the Content Manager connector.
- Click Next to run the task.
If you are manually running the tasks in the IBM Content
Navigator Configuration and Deployment Tool, you can take
one of the following actions:
- Click Run Task to run the task now. This option is
recommended because it makes it easier to troubleshoot and resolve problems if they
occur.
- Wait until all of the tasks are complete and then click Run All
Tasks to run all of the tasks that are required to configure and deploy
the web application.
