Geometry types
Each geometry belongs to a type in the hierarchy of geometries supported by Db2® Spatial Extender.
The types in the hierarchy to be defined with specific coordinate
values are:
- Points
- Linestrings
- Polygons
- Geometry collections
- Multipoints
- Multilinestrings
- Multipolygons
