A button or light on the control panel is not working correctly. | Turn on the system again. If the control panel buttons or lights still are not working correctly, contact your next level of support or your hardware service provider. |
You cannot perform an initial program load (IPL) or you suspect an operating system failure. | See Recovering from IPL or system failures. |
