• When exporting a car file to server the following error happens:

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When exporting a CAR file to the selected V6 WebSphere
  Application Server an error like the following may appear:

  archive "MyTestArchive.jar" in "C:\example\workspace\

  TestEAR.ear"
  
  This is happening as the generated looseconfig.xmi file is
  pointing to a directory which does not contain the archive
  mentioned in the stack track.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Export CAR to server action will now generate the
  looseconfig based on the projects within the workspace rather
  than incorrectly import the binary content into the metadata
  for temporary purposes.  The fix for this APAR is currently
  targeted for inclusion into the Rational Application Developer
  v7.0.0.6 and WebSphere Application Server Toolkit v6.1.1.6
  fixpacks.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
