Error description

• IBM Z Development and Test Environment  - zD&T - v13.2.0
  
  Description :
  The upgrade of zD&T from 12.0.5 to 13.2.0 ends with errors and
  the following error is displayed when starting the web tool :
  ERROR: Database start failed Correct the problem and re-start.
  

Local fix

• 1. back up everything in
  /opt/ibm/zDT/Liberty/usr/servers/zDTServer(assume it's installed
  in /opt/ibm)
  2. re-install zdt EE with Custom install option(with the same
  user id wzpdtp to run EE server)
  3. copy/ replace
  /opt/ibm/zDT/Liberty/usr/servers/zDTServer(double check the
  owner of the directory)
  4. start server
