Error description

• User logged into IBM Spectrum Control using
  domain_name\user_name.
  In the device directory, a switch_name\domain_name\user_name
  directory structure with the probe data is created.
  Because of the wrong directory structure, the retention settings
  are not recognized and the probe logfiles are not deleted when
  they expire.
