Problem

When starting your SPSS Statistics Software and logging in with your IBM ID, you are receiving the following error:
"Your IBMid does not have an IBM SPSS Statistics subscription. Please go to the IBM Marketplace to buy a monthly subscription."
The cause of the error is there is no active IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription associated to your IBM ID.
 

Diagnosing The Problem

You can verify your Subscription status by logging in to the My IBM Dashboard with your IBM ID:
In your products you should have "IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription" listed, including the status (which should be "Active") and an expiration date.
