Troubleshooting steps to help resolve ClearQuest Web Server problems
- Are you using a compatible version of the ClearQuest Web Server for your server? You can check for this in technote 1144624.
- Are you getting an Error, page not found, Unable to login to ClearQuest Web?
- If yes, review technote 1221192 for information on resolving a potential port conflict.
- If no, continue to the next question.
- Are you getting an Error 404 page not found trying to get to login page to ClearQuest Web server?
- If yes, review technote 1246439.
- If no, continue to the next question.
- Are you trying to configure RWP to use nonstandard ports?
- If yes, review technote 1251102.
- If no, continue to the next question.
- Have you configured the ClearQuest Request Manager (RWP) service to restart automatically after failure?
- In no, refer to technote 1212798 on configuring RWP to restart automatically after failure
- If yes, continue to the next question.
