Error description

• In bilingual IGC configuration (e.g. English and French), the
  "General Information --> Translation" shows incorrect
  information as below.
  - Reproduction steps
  (1) Create 2 English terms en_term1 and en_term2, and 1 French
  term fr_term1.
  (2) Set en_term1 as a synonym of en_term2.
  (3) Set fr_term1 as a translation of en_term1.
  (4) Set fr_term1 as a translation of en_term2.
  In that case, you'll see:
  en_term1 has en_term2 as synonym; fr_term1 (which is correct
  info.) and en_term2 (incorrect info.) as translation.
  en_term2 has en_term1 as synonym; fr_term1 (correct) and
  en_term1 (incorrect) as translation.
  fr_term1 has no synonym; en_term1 (correct) and en_term2
  (correct) as translation.
