  auto-purge clears job logs

• Manually clear status in Director for EACH job

  Users running multi-instance jobs who are not re-using the
  instance IDs.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The Auto-purge code is not corectly purging Job Instance
  records due to code added to protect from Status=99 issues.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply patch JR46141.
