Error description

• In the ISD View Services Catalog page, the top right hand corner
  links to Home | Information Services Catalog are incorrect. THe
  links are pointing to address/structures what are valid for IS
  801/81 but since things has changed for IS 85/87, these static
  links have not been updated for the new structures/locations.
  

Local fix

• Workaround: To manually log into the IS Web Console and go to
  the Information Services Catalog tab manually.

  Users who have selected View Service in Catalog button from
  Information Server Console, and in the resulting browser page,
  they select either the Home link or the Information Services
  Catalog link.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The Home link and the Information Services Catalog link are not
  constructed correctly for this page.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Until a fixed is released, the user will have to manually login
  to the Web Console to access all the web console pages.
