Error description

• When applying Rollup12 on an ETL job, customer has reported less
  optimized job than what was generated when using Rollup8.

  job using TrimLeadingTrailing() function

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Some jobs, which were optimized using BalOp V8.1, cannot be
  optimized after installing Patch 9.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install the fix available in dir:
  /eng-snap-01/Patches/DataStage/BalOpt/8.1/JR37940
  
  This fix works for this APAR too.

Problem conclusion

• A regression happened in Patch 9. A job using function
  TrimLeadingTrailing() could not be optimized using BalOp V8.1
  after installing patch 9. The same job could be optimized
  before.
