IBM is offering open, free access to the beta version of
the IBM Development and Test Cloud Beta. For a limited period of
time, access a range of service image instances that you select. Use the image instances to evaluate the functionality of both the image and service platform. For beta services you can have up to five instances currently running at any point in time.
With the IBM Development and Test Cloud Beta, get rapid self-service provisioning, high payback through reduced costs, error reduction, and accelerated application development through on-demand provisioning.

with no time limits, and support provided through an online forum. There is no fee from IBM for the AMI.
