Description: In this course, we will review some features in the CDQM product, specifically the Abstraction Tools. We will also walk through a scenario that demonstrates how to use the abstract feature in CDQM to view the data your hospital has uploaded and abstracted, prior to performing the Approving for Data Processing Steps.
Description: This session is designed for users of the Concurrent module in CareDiscovery Quality Measures. Participants will learn how to create a concurrent record, use features on the concurrent abstraction page, and run a list of concurrent episodes of care. We will also discuss reporting on concurrent data and reconciling concurrent records to uploaded records.
Description: Please join us for an overview of the Custom Export tool, which allows you to build a customized export of your core measures data to Excel or other formats. We’ll demonstrate how to create a query, preview the results, and export the data. We’ll show you how to select exactly which fields you want, use filters to export only the records you’re interested in, and save your queries so you can run them again.
Description: This course is designed for CareDiscovery Quality Measures users who abstract episodes of care for core measures. Participants will learn how to use Expedite for the Concurrent Process to start a record anytime for a patient in your hospital. You will also learn how to use Expedite to abstract records and run reports concurrently.
Audience: CareDiscovery Quality Measures users
By the end of this course, you will learn how:
Your facility can use Expedite to extract current patient information from your facility's IT systems. This is done on a real-time and frequent basis.
Expedite eliminates the manual entry of some basic patient information—such as patient name, birthdate, EOC ID, and admission date that is used to create a patient record in the Concurrent Abstraction module.
