Our studies use public data sources and transparent methodologies to calculate performance on clinical, operational, financial and patient perception of care measures. Together, these metrics form a balanced scorecard that reveals the impact of leadership on overall hospital performance. We develop a composite score and rank all hospitals in the study, and this ranking determines the organizations that have achieved 100 Top, 15 Top and 50 Top status.
