RAM Responding by Storm Branded Content Wins MarCom Platinum Award

We’re excited to announce that Watson Advertising, The Weather Channel‘s Icebreaker Studios, and RAM have been awarded a 2017 MarCom Platinum Award in the Corporate Image (Video/Film) category for our collaboration on the RAM Responding by Storm longform and 360 video series sponsorship.

RAM Responding by Storm chronicles how communities rebuild in the aftermath of natural disasters – from the destructive EF-2 tornado that struck Elk City, Oklahoma to the impact of Hurricane Harvey that devastated Rockport, Texas.

The RAM Responding by Storm series on weather.com showcases how RAM and First Response Team of America help first responders and assist affected families to rebuild communities after severe weather, with original reporting and storytelling, exclusive photography, and an immersive 360 experience.

MarCom Awards honors excellence in marketing and communication while recognizing the creativity, hard work, and generosity of industry professionals. Since its inception in 2004, MarCom has evolved into one of the largest, most-respected creative competitions in the world.
