Software requirements

Always up-to-date IBM® Rational® Asset Manager software requirement reports can be dynamically generated using the Software Product Compatibility Reports (SPCR) tool.

    Hardware requirements

    IBM Rational Asset Manager hardware requirements include:

    • Server: Windows or Linux
    • Processor: Minimum: 2 GHz Intel Pentium 4, dual CPU (or higher for best results)
    • Memory: 1 GB RAM with embedded WebSphere Application Server and DB2 Enterprise Server Edition or
    • Memory: 2 GB with IBM ClearCase® or IBM ClearQuest® clients
    • Disk space: 5 GB with embedded WebSphere Application Server and DB2 Enterprise Server Edition
