Scope of proactive support

Proactive Support is available for IBM Power Systems - AIX, IBM i, Linux on Power, SAP HANA on Power, IBM Storage, IBM Elastic Storage Solution, IBM System z (Linux, zOS), x86 Servers (Windows/Linux) IBM Spectrum Scale, and IBM Spectrum Accelerate.

Proactive services

Microcode analysis (varies by product), media retention solutions, machine code upgrades, and onsite problem determination.

Client care services

Client care services, with an assigned remote account manager, will handle service reviews, account profiles, periodic technical support plans, periodic problem record reports and coordination of proactive services. Proactive will supplement your in-house teams in terms of both skills (depth and breadth) and availability.

Hardware maintenance

Single point of entry for all hardware issues, potential for live call/maximum 30-minute response 24 x7, 365 days a year and direct/managed resolution.

Software maintenance

Single point of entry for all software issues. Remote voice support, 24x7 software support available for Severity 1 problems (when your systems are inoperable).
