Get 24/7 support that includes: one-hour response for P1 issues, hardware and software support, security and deployment technologies and integrated support for IBM MobileFirst for iOS solutions.

Employee end user support

Employees can access assistance from Apple that includes: Apple hardware and software support, personal accounts and settings, local language support during business hours and 24/7 English support.

Onsite hardware service

The hardware service is provided by IBM and includes two or three years of coverage, as well as next-business-day onsite service for Apple hardware.

Device management
