IBM has a long-standing commitment to diversity and inclusion. A decade before the Civil Rights Act, IBM’s chairperson wrote Policy Letter #4 - the first corporate mandate on equal employment. Today, the company continues to champion gender equality across IBM and promote change globally in the workplace.
