Suman is a Senior Managing Consultant on the Customer Transformation team. She has led product strategy transformations with multidisciplinary teams and developed IBM's Digital Product Lifecycle Management Offering. In addition, she launched one of IBM Consulting's first Generative AI projects. She is certified in the Agile, Design Thinking, and Value Orchestration methodologies.
