His expertise spans asset design, construction, operations, finance, energy transition, and technology innovation. Balaji has successfully designed, managed, and implemented asset lifecycle management projects, significantly lowering annual carbon emissions for international clients. He holds a Master's degree in Energy Management and an Advanced Certificate in Facilities Management from the New York Institute of Technology. He has certifications as a LEED Accredited Professional from USGBC and a Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers.
