By now, we hope you have seen some of the preliminary work that the IBM Kenexa BrassRing team has done on the new Metrics Dashboard. A long time coming, it is our feature project for 2018 and we are so excited to bring it to all of you this fall!
The Metrics Dashboard has two main components to it: The Administration module, where assigned leaders will be able to build out metrics for their team, and the User module, where an individual would have the ability to build out metrics for themselves. All of this is based on user permissions, of course, so clients will be able to decide who has the access needed.
While our goals are ease and usability, we also know that you are looking for robust metrics. We’ve built in calculations, action dates, and other advanced metrics functions to help you create a dashboard that is meaningful for you and your organization. Both standard and custom fields are available, and if you have IBM Kenexa Lead Manager and IBM Watson Recruitment, that data is available as well! For those of you with IBM Kenexa Onboard – look for that data to be integrated in 2019.
In developing the Metrics Dashboard, we’ve built out a completely new reporting database. This does not replace the Data Insight Tool (DIT) in any way but offers faster updates of data for you to review metrics on an hourly basis. We have built this out directly into the production environment and are keenly focused on overall BrassRing performance in our testing.
So, when do I get to see this, you ask? We are moving fast and furious to make this available in either November 2018 or January 2019. In preparation for that, we will have training and enablement sessions throughout Q4 of this year to help you learn more about the Metrics Dashboard and how it can help your team. We are building out training modules and a quick start guide, which will be available on the IBM Knowledge Center. Preliminary feedback from you has been extremely positive, and we can’t wait add this new feature to your BrassRing experiences.
