On behalf of the entire BrassRing product offering team, we want to say thank you. First, for reading our newsletter. We hope you are enjoying the content and have gained valuable insights that help you get the most out of your BrassRing system. Second, but most importantly, we thank you for your continued feedback and support as we enhance BrassRing and continue the path forward developing a best-of breed ATS. We can’t do it without you.

We want you to know that every voice is heard and every bit of feedback is read, whether through the Net Promoter Score system or the Request for Enhancement Community. We appreciate the dedication of our Sponsor Users in our development process and look forward to our Regional User Groups each year to see you in person and share our progress. You’ve made a tremendous impact and I wanted to share some highlights of the past six months with you.

I’m sure you have all noticed changes to the BrassRing user experience. You can now personalize the home page with up to 20 columns in Grid View and we added shading to the grids (which are called zebra stripes in the design world) for greater usability when reviewing your candidates and reqs. We added keyword and Boolean enhancements to Candidate Search so you can quickly narrow down applicants to just those who fit your criteria. You can also easily export your candidate and req information to Excel, if needed. These changes are a direct result of your feedback, and represent just a taste of the new features and functionality designed to improve your experience.

But your experience is just one part of the equation. We also have candidates to think about and your expertise in working with them helped us create new functionality such as saved application draft reminders, referral updates, and job-specific attachments.

We greatly appreciate your suggestions, so please keep them coming!
