Problem
当使用中文，日文，韩文的Unified Ideographs Extension B字符集时，IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) web service integration service不能正确的解析这些字符，解析结果是乱码。
Cause
正常情况下，UTF-16编码解析0至10FFFF的所有字符。然而中文，日文，韩文的Unified Ideographs Extension B字符集的编码范围是0x20000至0x2A6DF。
Resolving The Problem
UTF-8和UTF-16编码不能正确解析中文，日文，韩文Unified Ideographs Extension B字符，而需要IBM Business Process Manager提供的服务以外的特殊操作来解析这些字符。
在IBM Business Process Manager中可以尝试通过REST API来实现相同的功能。
