Abstract
z/TPF support for MongoDB allows standard MongoDB clients that run on remote distributed systems to access data that resides in z/TPFDF databases.
Download Description
The MongoDB clients can interface with the z/TPF system by using the standard MongoDB query language to retrieve, update, create, or delete documents on the z/TPF system.
The z/TPF support for MongoDB starter kit provides a set of instructions, sample database definitions, and driver programs that you can use to explore z/TPF support for MongoDB.
The z/TPF support for MongoDB starter kit is packaged into 2 downloadable files:
- The z/TPF support for MongoDB starter kit readme file, which includes instructions for how to set up the sample z/TPFDF database for access by remote MongoDB clients.
- The z/TPF support for MongoDB starter kit, which includes the files that are required to define the sample z/TPFDF database and Java application programs to access the sample databases through a standard MongoDB interface.
For detailed instructions about how to install and use the starter kit, see the z/TPF support for MongoDB starter kit readme file. For more information about z/TPF support for MongoDB, see the z/TPF product documentation.
