Abstract
With the introduction of the IBM System z 2097 processor, new support is provided to allow z/OS workloads to define virtual storage as 1MB pages. This large page support is introduced with the z10 processor and z/OS 1.9. This presentation provides an overview of the large page support provided in z/OS.
