Problem
This technote identifies an issue that can occur in IBM Rational ClearQuest Web. A cookie error occurs at login if the server host name has an underscore character.
Symptom
If the server hosting ClearQuest Web has an underscore character ( _ ) in the host name, this error occurs when you login:
You must enable cookies to login
