Troubleshooting
Problem
Cannot access cubes that are on PowerPlay Enterprise Server. PowerPlay for Windows is installed and the remote cube list can be seen, but cannot connect to any of the cubes listed. When trying to connect to a cube, a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it appears, but there is no error message provided.
