Troubleshooting
Problem
A user clicks on the URL in an email sent by Maximo and it opens a different URL than the one shown in that email. The user therefore cannot open the Maximo screen they want.
Symptom
Clicking URL of 'http://ip/maximo/ui/maximo.jsp?event=loadapp&value=change&uniqueid=:wor…'
provided in an email generated from Maximo.
The Maximo user is redirected to 'http://ip/maximo/ui/maximo.jsp?event=loadapp&value=incident&uniqueid=:t…
Error : The website cannot display the correct page referenced in the email.
