Problem

WRKPRB problems are generated when attempting to assign a certificate to an application.

Resolving The Problem

Two WRKPRB problems are generated when attempting to assign a certificate to an application. The symptom strings follow:

5722 SP/QYCUAPPMGR MOD/QYCUAPPMGR RC5003000
5722 SP/QYCDCUSG MOD/QYCDUPDCTU RC100

These errors can result if the Certificate Store password is not properly stashed. Ensure that the user has the latest HTTP and Java PTF groups installed on the system. If the problem persists, sign into the *SYSTEM store and reset the password through Manage Certificate Store > Change password. This forces the password to be stashed again.
