Question

Why is the WORKMAN Application ( Assignment Manager) not available to be used in the Result Set portlet on the Start Center in Maximo?

Answer

This is an issue with the view of the Assignment Manager. Since there is no proper unique id for the functionally of linking a record to Assignment Manager, the result set will not work. Furthermore there is no target application where the records open in.
The Assignment Manager application is a single page application and was not designed to work with a single record at a time.

Due to the limitation of the current infrastructure, this application is intended to be excluded from use on the Start Center.
