Question

Working With the Loaded Distance

Answer

Working With the Loaded Distance

The Loaded Distance column of the Tractors table displaysthe distance between the origin and destination of each shipment ornon-shipment leg. Sterling TMS obtainsthese distances from the mileage source your shipper administratorselected (MileMaker or PC Miler).

You can override the valuein the Loaded Distance column for a single leg. For example you aredelivering an over-sized load that cannot use the shortest or practicalroute calculated by the mileage source.
