Problem

Workflow transfer failed with an error of "The server cannot accept the supplied request message body. Please retry the request with a Content-Length header"

Symptom

In Process Designer, a workflow was validated successfully, but the workflow transfer failed with the following error message:

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException:
<HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Length Required</TITLE></HEAD>
<BODY><H1>Length Required</H1>
The server cannot accept the supplied request message body. Please retry
the request with a Content-Length header.
</BODY></HTML>

However, transferring a smaller workflow was successful without getting the error.

In addition, the same error occurred when committing any changes in Process Configuration Console.
